Sales & Marketing Manager (SMM)

Responsibilities:

* The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for generating substantial new businesses, maintaining growth of current businesses, leading a Sales & Marketing Team as well as providing recommendations and reports on a regular basis to both our Multinational Principals and Directors.
* The Sales & Marketing Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship and image with third parties, such as Shareholders, Business Partners, and others.

Requirements:

* Great Drive / Motivation to succeed
* Initiator (Self-Initiative to Act), not waiting for instructions in the role
* Ability to Work based on High Targets and to meet challenging goals
* Good Communication Skills in Indonesian and English
* Good Analytical and Reposting Skills in Indonesian and English
* Previous Experience in Sales & Marketing, preferrably in Food Ingredients
* Good Personality
* Willing to Travel as required by the job to other areas of Indonesia – e.g : East Java, Central Java, West Java.
* Able to Work within a TeamWork Environment and to take Leadership of the Team when needed.
* Age Maximum : 35 Years Old
